Please do not send any product for return or service prior to receiving a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This is to prevent the product from becoming lost. All RMA numbers are only valid for 15 working days. Please note that DOA parts or incorrect received parts need to be reported within 10 days after receipt. All returns need to be packed as properly as received (always pack the item in an extra box). We will have to charge a 25% restocking fee in case the product is correct and working upon testing
