All parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.
We make every effort to ship all parts and supplies in outstanding, commercial,
working quality conditions.
If you receive items that have been damaged during shipment, or find that
your shipment is incomplete, please call us within 10 days for an immediate
replacement or repair. After 10 days, an additional handling fee may be
imposed.

In the event you have a defective part that fails during normal usage,
within the above time frame, we will replace that part at no charge. The
defective part will be credited to you and the replacement part will be
shipped as available. We require return of any or all defective parts
depending on the particular part or for other reasons.

parts being returned for credit within 15 days of receiving the RMA number.

D.O.A Parts
In the event that any parts and supplies are shipped defective due to
faults in manufacture, packaging or through some fault of Printer Associates
and/or their vendors, we will replace or credit the defective parts and
supplies.
A replacement may be ordered through our RMA department. An RMA number
is issued for the DOA. You must return the DOA part within 15 days from
the date the RMA is issued, once received, part(s) are tested in our Quality
Control department before a credit is issued.
Part(s) that are found to be in good, working condition will result in
a 25% restocking fee billed to the customers account. Items found to be
defective will be repaired or replaced at our option. Warranty does not
cover misuse or mishandling of the item. Warranty is void if tamper seals
are broken.
