FRAUDULENT SELLER OF FUSER FILM SLEEVE

"How Printer Work India Stoled Our Money"

There is a company by the name of Printer Work India, one of several name they use, (www.printerworkindia) who is agressively posting on trade message boards around the internet offering fuser film sleeve and other HP printer spare parts.

This is the same company that defrauded us by not sending the part we ordered and paid for in July 2000. The person running the company and the crook himself is Mr. Suresh Meghawani.

When we first made contact with Mr. Suresh in July 2000, his company was called New Era Computer & Software from Raipur, India with no website. He offered to sell and supply us with fuser film sleeve. He said he knows the factory first hand that made the fuser film sleeves. Since we needed some stock at that time, we decided to order from Mr. Suresh and bought 120 pieces of fuser film sleeves in the amount of US$1,680.00.

We remitted the payment via wire transfer to his accomplish's (Mr./Mrs. Pawan R. Lal) bank account at Wells Fargo Bank in Daly City, California, USA.

After he received our payment, Mr. Suresh never send the fuser film sleeves until now. Everytime we contacted him via telephone, faxes, and emails, he never reply nor does he admit to have taken our money. We even tried contacting the India's Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia to assist us. He does answer the calls, but then he pretended he doesn't know who we are when we ask about our money. In fact he denied knowing who we are and said to some of our customers who had contacted him that we are just a "competitor" who is jealous of his business success. "

He Stoled Our Website Content and Images"

Stealing our money is not enough for Mr. Suresh. He then decided that perhaps he can steal more of other people's money by making a website that looks legitimate. Thus, The Printer Work India's website was made. To make his website, he stoled all of our fixing film sleeves pictures, and sales copy word for word from our old webiste. He even made the name of the company similar to a legitimate company in the USA by the name of The Printer Works and stoled some of the art work from that website as well.

"How He Defraud People Now"

This is how Mr. Suresh lured his victims now:

He post in many trade export / import website offering fuser film sleeves and other printer spare parts; he then offers the prospect prices on laserjet spare parts and fuser film sleeves that are lower than anyone can offer in the industry;

He then ask the prospect to made payment by wire transfer to his accomplish in Daly City, CA - USA where he knows that the prospect will never be able to trace who is Pawan R. Lal, the owner of the account in Wells Fargo Bank because of strict banking rules in USA; in some occassions, he would ask them to pay via Pay Pal but not under his name account

He travels often to Singapore to meet with one of his accomplish there. In Singapore, he will visit printer spare parts dealers or computer service shops, pretending to be a volume buyers; he will try to order in large volume of spare parts and computer supplies by making promises that he will pay when the goods is deliver to his appointed destination; some of our contacts had met with him personally, and had also said that he travels to the Daly City and San Francisco, CA - USA often.

One of his fraudalent office in Singapore is an agency building that houses a post office box for hundreds of other companies that share one secretaries (a rented office address only)

He sets up various internet business to make it look like he is involves in many business legitimately; here are some of them that we found on the net:

It is very unfortunate that the FBI in the USA would not look into our case seriously because the amount was considered too small. But they don't realized what if there was 100 cases such as this committed by this loser?
