Is this Genuine, OEM original fuser film sleeve?
Although our OEM GREY sleeves are much like the Genuine Original film
sleeve, we do not like to claimed them as original because we cannot determine
whether the source is from Canon directly or Hewlett Packard. Hewlett
Packard and Canon do not sell the fixing film sleeve as a separate spare
parts. One must buy the whole heating element assembly when you only need
the fixing film sleeve (teflon film sleeve).

Do you sell Genuine, OEM original fuser film sleeves?
No, we do not sell Genuine, OEM original fuser film sleeves because we
cannot buy the fixing film sleeve/fuser film sleeve/teflon film sleeve
from Canon or Hewlett Packard as an individual spare part.
Our OEM GREY fuser film sleeve is the closest one to the original fuser
film sleeve. The only reason we do not claimed they are "original",
it's because we did not obtain the fuser film sleeve directly from Canon
or HP. That is why we called them "OEM GREY" instead.

Why the color doesn't look like the original fuser
film sleeve?
The color of the sleeve that are now available is GREY for the high quality
fuser film sleeve and dark charcoal black for the compatible sleeve. The
color is not the same as the original fuser film sleeve because we did
not obtain the fuser film sleeve from Canon nor HP.

What's the difference between "OEM GREY"
vs "Compatible"?
The "OEM GREY" fuser film sleeve (grey sleeves) have quality
and material make up same as the OEM, original fixing film sleeve. However,
the origin of the sleeve cannot be determine whether it is from Canon
or HP directly.
The "Compatible" fuser film sleeve (charcoal black) is a third
party manufactured sleeve. The material make up is not the same as the
OEM GREY fuser film sleeve.

If they are all grey color, what's the difference?
Each model of fixing film sleeve is different in length.
And for the LJ1000/1200/1220 fixing film / fuser film sleeve the diameter
is a lot smaller than the other fixing film sleeve. The OEM GREY fuser
film sleeve we offer, is very much universal, only the length is different
for each model.

Any difference between fuser film for 110V and
220V?
No, there is no difference whether you use 110V or 220V heating element
assy. The fuser film sleeve is the same for both voltages.

Is it easy to install or do I need special HP
manual?
We do not offer any manual or instruction on installing the fixing film
sleeve. However, they are very easy to install since all heating element
assy can be taken apart easily to replace the fixing film sleeve.

Do you sell the grease lubricant for the fuser
film sleeve?
Yes we do; it is the Chemplex 710 Silicone
Compound that we use and sell.

Is there a warranty on the fuser film sleeve?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURN , NO EXCHANGE!
However, you have 7 days to inspect the fuser film sleeve from the date
you received the goods for any Manufacturers Defect such as torn sleeve,
or crack sleeve, or wrong model delivered.
"AFTER THE 7 DAYS INSPECTION PERIOD, WE WILL
NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR ANY REASONS! WE ALSO DO NOT OFFER ANY EXTENDED
WARRANTY ON ANY OF THE FUSER FILM SLEEVES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED
AND USE."
We have taken extra steps for the inspection of each sleeves prior to
sending them out to our customers. However, if you do find any manufacturer
defect during the inspection period, please let us know immediately so
that we can replace you with a new sleeve.
Fuser film sleeve is very fragile product. They can easily be torn if
not handle or install properly. A failure in fuser film sleeve can also
occurs because of a faulty heating element assembly as a whole unit. It
would be difficult for us to say that the sleeve failed because of it's
quality or incompatibility wise.
Another reason we do not extend product warranty after it is use, unlike
Genuine OEM spare parts, these fuser film sleeve do not have any manufacturer's
product code on it nor does it have any marking where we can identify
if the sleeve originated from our store. In addition, the manufacturer
themselves do not extend any product warranty to us.

Can I interchange fuser film sleeve for different
models?
For the OEM GREY fuser film sleeve, you can basically interchange them
but you must alter the length to fit for the particular model you are
replacing. However, for the LJ1000/1200/1220 you cannot interchange with
other model because the diameter is a lot smaller.
On the "Compatible fuser film sleeve" we do not recommend interchanging
them since the LJ5L/6L model has thinner materials than the LJ5P/6P and
LJ5000, besides the different in length wise.

Do you have fuser film for Canon copier/fax machine?
We only sell fixing film sleeve / fuser film sleeve for Hewlett Packard
LaserJet printers and Canon based engine laserjet printers. We do not
sell any fixing film sleeve for copier or fax machine. However, if you
know the size in terms of the length and the diameter of the fixing film
sleeve that is use for the copier or fax machine in question, let us know.
Maybe the fixing film sleeves we have can be use in the copier or fax
machine you have.
We have several customers who had use the OEM GREY HP LJ5000 for Canon
IR2200 copier by modifying it a little bit.

How's the quality of these fuser film sleeve?
Every effort has been made by the manufacuter to provide quality fixing
film sleeve or fuser film sleeve that are compatible as replacement part
for the Genuine, OEM sleeve. You can be assure that the sleeves we offer
are compatible for use although different customers may have different
results depending on how they use their printer machine. For example,
those that print thousands of pages weekly will most likely have worn
out fixing film sleeve faster than those that only print few pages per
month.
We cannot specifically determine how many "page print" you'll
get with the fuser film sleeve. There has been mixed results reported
by all of our customers and our own testings.
We strongly suggest you purchase a small quanty
first for testing before you commit to purchasing in larger quantity.
Purchase both the OEM GREY and the Compatible 3rd Party fuser film sleeve
so you can make a comparison for your final purchase.

What is the country of origin for this fuser
film sleeve?
These fixing film sleeve comes from different origins. Some of the materials
use comes from Japan and USA; production can be in China, Japan, or Eastern
Europe. It is not really known where is the exact origin of manufacture.
But for shipping purposes, all fixing film sleeves will be send from Jakarta,
Indonesia because we check every single sleeve that arrives in our store
from the manufacturer to ensure our customers will not get defective sleeves.

Do you have free samples that we can test?
Due to the shortages of fixing film sleeve supplies, and high demand in
the market, we no longer can afford to give out free samples. We do encourage
you test our sleeves by purchasing just a few quantities before making
larger quantity purchased.

Our prices on the fixing film sleeves are negotiable depending on the
quantity you can seriously commit in purchasing. Please go to our order/inquiry

Is there a minimum quantity order amount we need
to purchase?
All though there is no minimum quantity to order, we do give preferential
pricing to customers that have higher quanity order of 100 units or more.

Do you have the fixing film sleeve ready stock
at all times?
We try to stock as many fixing film sleeves of the popular model as much
as we can. However, the manufacturer of the sleeve itself cannot keep
up with the demand. We cannot guarantee we will have all models ready
stock at all times since our inventory tend to change on a daily basis.
Just like any fast moving Genuine, OEM spare parts, it all depends on
how fast the manufacturer can prepare the stock of sleeves and fulfill
everyone's order at one time.

How long does it take to deliver the order of
fixing film sleeve?
To be on the safe side, ALL fuser film sleeve order will be deliver within
14-21 working days after we received your advanced payment in full. We
will only process your order after we get paid in advanced.

Why do we need to pre-purchase and pre-paid in
advance?
The fixing film sleeve or fuser film sleeve is a highly demanded spare
parts, with unpredictable supply availability from the manufacturer. In
order for us to be able to fulfill everyones order, we can only process
fixing film sleeve order that are pre-purchase and pre-paid in advance.
This is the only way we can allocate the stocks that are coming from the
manufacturer to those buyers. Otherwise, you will have to wait till we
fulfill back orders first and to those that have paid in advance; if we
do have left over stock then we will allocate to your order.
In addition, we also have walk-in domestic customers. For us to allocate
the limited stock we have for our international buyers, while at the same
time servicing our domestic in store buyers, we have to make our terms
for selling these fixing film sleeves as "FIRST
PAID, FIRST DELIVER BASIS".
Furthermore, in several occassions, we have loss sales because many international
inquiries in the past had placed orders and holding the stock that we
have, only to cancel later or not go through with their orders. To avoid
such occassions, we will now only process serious order, which is order
that is paid in advance.

Why such a long lead time in ordering the fixing
film sleeve?
Again, because we are not the manufacturer of these fixing film sleeve
or fuser film sleeve, we depend highly on the capability of the manufacturer
to produce and deliver to us in the shortest time possible. Due to the
high demand and short supply for the fuser film sleeve, as well as the
complicated process in making this sleeve, the lead time tends to be long.
In addition, since the manufacturers are in another country there will
be several days lead time for delivery from the manufacturere to us here
in Indonesia.
