Are these toner cartridges remanufactured?
ANSWER:
These HP compatible laser printer toner cartridges used a recovered toner
cartridge core that is disassembled and rebuilt with new components. We
tested all critical components including, but not limited to, replacing
each toner cartridges with Brand New OPC drum, magnetic roller, and toner.
We also use only “virgin” empty toner cartridge core (core that
has never been remanufactured) to ensure quality you expect from our toner
cartridges supplies.

Do you offer Discount for returning the cartridge
core?

Depending where you are located, it may not be cost affective for you
to return the core to us when you consider the cost for shipping the core
back to Jakarta, Indonesia. All of our iDENTiC’s HP compatible laser
printer toner cartridges do not require you to return the core to get
a competitive prices.

For sample ordering, we can use DHL Worldwide, Postal Service Air Cargo,

Lead time for Ordering and Delivery is within 14 working days.
On certain newer models, we may require 21-30 days depending on the quantity
due to the shortage of new virgin toner cartridge core. Please inquire

What is your Warranty?
ANSWER:
We warrant the toner cartridges to be free from defects in material and
workmanship during their useful lifetime of one year or until its toner
is depleted whichever occur first. If a defect is found, our entire liability
and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, free replacement or
a full refund. This warranty does not apply to cartridges that are empty
as a result of normal use or damaged due to abnormal use, misuse, neglect
or accident.
In addition to the Warranty above, we provide Full 100% Satisfaction Guranteed.
For any reasons you are not satisfied with the result as we promised,
we would be happy to replace you with a new ones or a refund at our options.

products?

NO, IT IS ILLEGAL!
We are strictly against “Counterfeit or Imitation" OEM products.

Will it voids my customer’s printer warranty?
ANSWER:
Depends! Honestly speaking depending on where you are and how's the consumer
protection laws in your country and how the legal court in your country
interpret HP implied limited product warranty.
In the USA, consumers are protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement
Act of the Federal Trade Commission.
No manufacturer can force the use of only their toner cartridge and they
cannot void the warranty on your printer because you use a cartridge manufactured
by someone other than the printer manufacturer.
However, the printer manufacturer has a right to charge for warranty service
IF the problem is the direct result of the non-OEM toner cartridge.
This is one of the clauses written on HP LaserJet limited warranty
statement:
“Warranty does not apply to
defects resulting from software, interfacing, parts or supplies not supplied
by HP”
This means you can use any compatible toner cartridges. Just using them
doesn’t mean it will automatically void the warranty. Only if the
printer failure or damage is attributable to the use of a non-HP cartridge
will void the warranty.
We find that most of the HP LaserJet printers in the market now has already
past their one year warranty time limitation. Therefore, even if your
customer uses Genuine, Original HP toner cartridges, and the cartridge
directly damage the printer, the warranty is no longer valid anyway.
