We will achive this goal by offering our customers complete lines and models of quality new printer parts and imaging supplies, focusing on customers satisfactions, and maintaining flexible personal services to meet their business requirements.

Printer Associates is a dynamic growing company assisting its customers globally by providing printer parts, variety of imaging products, and printer repair services since 1997 from Indonesia. In the begining, the company is only a small departmental unit providing printer parts for one of Indonesia's leading manufacturer of compatible toner cartridges and printer services.

In 1999 Printer Associates became an independent company and was incorporated under PT. Printasindo (Printer Associates Indonesia). We began supplying other printer service dealers in neighboring countries in Asia, Middle East, and Eastern Europe. It has since build a strong customer relationship with over hundreds of companies in Indonesia and overseas.

The company is guided by experience foreign and local management team and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Printer service providers in countries where obtaining printer parts can be costly due to monopoly or limited numbers of OEM Authorized Parts Distributors, continued to depend on Printer Associates for their parts and supplies requirements. We are able to adapt with the changes and needs of these small to medium service providers.

Printer Associates is not an over night printer parts distributors. We do not carry millions of dollars in inventory because our focus is to save and maximize our customers' profitability by keeping our inventory and operational overheads as minimum as possible.

Although we stock most of the fast moving printer parts and supplies in our facility, many of our printer parts and supplies for overseas delivery are drawn and delivered directly from the manufacturer's facility. We have established strategic relationships with the printer parts manufacturers and the OEM Master Parts Distributors to give us the flexibility and low prices so that we may pass it on to our customers.

By drawing inventory directly, we can offer competitive prices to our customers and reduced the lead time by avoiding the time it takes for importing and exporting between countries. We supply brand new Genuine, OEM printer parts and brand new compatible printer parts and imaging supplies. On occassion we can also supply refurbished or exchange printer parts.
